Jakarta, Indonesia 4 October 2021 – EVOS Esports launches a new initiative called Makbar, the very first food merchant from the esports industry, that is exclusively available in the SuperApp platform: Grab. The public will be able to order the dishes directly anywhere in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The new initiative of this food merchant will see ten different varieties of EVOS branded dishes be made available to the millions of users of the Grab application at an affordable price.
The food merchant initiative is significant momentum for EVOS Esports, to always close with the target audience and deliver new variations with the product that can be consumed through effective ways in Grab application.

The launch of the food merchant in Grab is one of the latest initiatives from EVOS Esports to connect with the fans as the pandemic has restricted most activities. Therefore, this idea was instigated by the CEO of EVOS Esports, Ivan Yeo, to fill the void of physical community interaction.

We aim to send a bit of EVOS and happiness to everyone out there, and we couldn’t think of a better platform than Grab to make this happen with their amazing portfolio.”
In addition to this initiative, Grab will also be committing to marketing campaigns with the EVOS, utilizing EVOS talents to promote the Grab app in a hyper-localized campaign.

Lastly, as a way to give back to the fans, EVOS will also be donating 100 meals of the EVOS branded dishes to the communities in need. “We always look to give back, no matter in what shape or form.
