Haylesh is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has a passion for all things to do with health, wellness, and performance. He is an accomplished exercise physiologist with over 10 years of experience working in New Zealand and USA within the hospital outpatient, clinical, rehabilitation, university, and high-performance settings. He spent the past 5 years with UCI Esports as their esports exercise physiologist, where created the first of its kind comprehensive health and wellness program for collegiate esports athletes. Haylesh completed his Masters in Exercise Science at the University of Auckland, New Zealand and is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. Throughout his career he has been fortunate to work with a wide range of people from clinical patients, athletes, through to professional video gamers, helping them to improve their health and physical performance. In his spare time when he is not busy chasing after his two-year-old son, he enjoys being outdoors (running, hiking, fishing), reading and playing video games.
